ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Our Lead Technician will oversee our projects, all other technicians and crew. This tech will act as lead of water and fire damage team, or as sole assistant to the Project Manager. Will comply with all IICRC standard work practices. QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Looking for someone with a high school diploma or GED. Must have valid driver’s license with a good driving record. Must be able to lift 75 pounds. Seeking knowledge (preferably certified) in IICRC standards. Construction background a plus. Must have a satisfactory background check. Must be able to pass random drug tests. Must be well groomed and clean. Must have own reliable transportation to and from work. Prefer a candidate with previous experience in the basic or intermediate level of water and fire damage restoration. Must be able to accommodate an on-call schedule as hire will be required to work on occasion at night and during weekends. Will attend all necessary trainings and be willing to go to training off-site, when requested. PREFERRED SKILLS: Computer literate, basic math and writing skills, well-spoken, good communication skills, thoughtful, honest, hard-working, ability to work with little-to-no direct supervision and works well with others.
