Im in a desperate situation. My neighbor..no names here. Is using cameras which he built to spy on me in MY HOME. I have security footage which needs to be cleaned, shortened and the cameras more visible. Ive used online apps to have grainular videos produced. Not only that but, he is on my wifi. I have pics of things on it that I have NO EXPLANATION FOR. Theres a woman too. 2 against one. A 6 ft man....not too sure of that man expression. And a woman who is mooching off him for a place to stay. Willing to negotiate pay.
