Aloha Tropical Guides & Outfitters is looking to add to our crew. We are a kayak tour company that offers kayak snorkel tours as well as kayak whale watch tours in the winter. We are looking for a fun, outgoing, customer service based person who is comfortable on the water to be our next kayak guide. We are looking to build an ohana so the right fit is extremely important to us. This is a great job with a great crew who offers competitive pay as well as benefits. Job Details Hours are from 6am-11pm Monday-Friday. We do not run on the weekends so you will have all weekends off as well as major holidays. We are looking for full time candidates Tour time runs from 7am-10am Candidate will be helping load and unload kayaks so ability to lift 50 pounds is a must Candidate must be comfortable in the water and able to free dive 20 feet Early mornings are a must so if you are not a morning person no need to apply Have a passion for the ocean and its marine life We do our best to educate our guest about the ocean and Maui so candidates must have respect and a general knowledge of Maui Guiding experience is not necessary, we are happy to fully train the right person Compensation $80 per trip Health Insurance 401K So if you have a passion for the ocean and are looking for a job that gets you outside this could be perfect for you!
