Apartment Building looking for Super in Washington Heights. Must have prior superintendent experience in rental apartment building. Must provide list of prior buildings/dates of employment (information will be kept confidential) Job Duties & Requirements: -Routine cleaning and maintenance schedule -Repairs including light plumbing, electric, tile work, etc. -Sweep & mop common areas -Garbage & recycling -snow removal during winter months -Spanish-speaking preferred.
