Driven drummer seeking to join or create gigging Neo-Soul/Funk group

31M drummer based in Brooklyn looking for like minded musicians to either join/create a new group infusing neo-soul/funk/hip-hop elements, or join/create a working professional band (covers, wedding, etc). Have equipment and access to a rehearsal room. Work full time and currently in a rock band, so would be looking to approach seriously 1-2x per week. Send a few examples and I'll do the same.
