Luxury Apartment Community is looking for a full-time cleaner Monday-Friday. Responsibilities - include but are not limited to the upkeep of the clubhouse/common areas, cleaning of residential buildings, daily vacuuming, sweeping and spot washing floors, cleaning appliances, cleaning common area restrooms, trash collection, keeping trash and dumpster area neat and tidy. Ensure that any additional duties are fulfilled at the request of the Maintenance Manager. Experience - Candidates must have previous cleaning experience, a valid drivers license, the ability to lift 30 pounds. Candidate must be punctual, have a good work ethic, pay attention to detail, a professional appearance and people skills.
