Seeking a Superintendent to maintain 4 buildings in Waltham. This is a Live-In position. However you may have to travel to help out at other properties when needed. The proper candidate will be of: - Good Character - Able to work independently - Have a good work ethic - Able to communicate well with the residents - Be cool under pressure - Able to recognize issues and diagnose basic maintenance needed. - And FOLLOW ORDERS from the Boss and Office The proper candidate, will have experience with basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, landscaping and/or drywall. You must have your own tools, cell phone, and a reliable vehicle (preferably a truck or van).
