Join us at S.H.E. (Spirit Heart Eugene) on the eve of the Lions Gate to soothe our souls and elevate us to the next level of consciousness In these uncertain times, we can all use a dose of healing energies to soothe our souls and elevate us to the next level of consciousness. This Saturday, here at S.H.E., such healing energies (often lying dormant within us) shall be activated and amplified through the power of sound, movement, conscious sharing, and our collective intention to bring in the deepest healing possible to ourselves and to the planet. Assisting in co-creating this safe container, Donna O’neil on vocals and Laura duBois on piano will be performing a beautiful song dedicated to all those, anywhere, facing mental and physical health challenges. Additionally, a classical piano piece to all who have, or are in the process of, crossing over (including our board secretary, Linda Flock, in hospice peacefully preparing). In tandem with a healing meditation, Amy Raven will be gracing us with beautiful melodies from her harp. And S.H.E.’s new friends, Aleph and Xorliyn, will lead us in sound healing and toning. As if this weren’t enough, we’ll be able to release some of our burdens through singing a chant or two, and by being with whatever may be arising in the moment through heart-centered listening and sharing. We shall also pay homage to Mother Earth. If unable to attend in person, don't fret. Be here in spirit for a healing. Look for instructions in this Friday's reminder email. NOTE: Kindly bring a rec chair if you can, a love offering, and any object(s) to place on the altar symbolic of that which you wish healing energies to be directed to. Drop cloths to be placed in back lot near stage. Church parking reserved for volunteers and handicap; ample parking on Polk. Lastly, arrival BEFORE 7pm appreciated for this sacred service.
