>We have a spot opening up in our gorgeous, bright and sunny shared artist studio in the heart of Bushwick! You would share with 4 other designers/ artists (5 people in space total). >We all vary in our professions, but are a solid mix of animators, graphic designers, painters and set designers. We have cultivated a really lovely vibe in our space, and so are looking for the right fit and vibe! Please tell us about yourself if you’re interested :) >The space is a large 750 square foot space, with high 15 foot ceilings and large sunny windows with plenty of natural light all day (and lots of plants). This means that we all get approx 150 sq ft each, enough for 2 large desks in the space. There is a slop sink in-unit, high speed wi-fi, mini kitchen set-up and heating. >Additional Amenities - 3 blocks from Jefferson L train- secure building with fob access / phone connected door buzzer - 24/7 freight elevator w/ large shared dollies / carts / amazing rooftop w/ manhattan skyline view / great local amenities, art shops, bars, cafes and restaurants. >I am asking for a minimum of 3 months guaranteed commitment at this time for a sublet. >Start Date - August 15th or September 1st, 2021 >Serious inquiries only! >Rent is approx $300 per month, plus utilities works out at approx $320 per month, it's a great deal for the space.
