Forest Festival is pleased to invite you to participate in their Summer Timber Days event, August 2021. #timberstrong all summer long This is an evening event (FRIDAY/SATURDAY) 6:00 - 9:00 PM. Vendor booths are located in Evergreen Square and on Tollie (train) side of Railroad Ave with events in the center of Railroad Ave. Stage is located adjacent to or in Evergreen Square. Vendors must have own lights/power. No generators near stages. There are a total of 40 Exhibit Spaces available at the August 20/21 event. NON-food vendor $15/evening or $25/weekend; Food Vendor: $25/evening or $40/weekend). There is no charge for community non-profit booths. Every effort will be made to prevent food duplication. Forest Festival reserves the right to refuse vendors. All vendors must specifically state sale items. No sale of popcorn, cotton candy or Italian sodas. Vendor must provide own booth and abide by all COVID, Mason County Fire and Health event regulations in place. Completion of this form does not mean acceptance. The festival was created to help combat the destructive wildfires in the region, while also promoting the importance of forests to the local economy.
