Description
The Executive Assistant is a full time position who will work directly for the Owner/CEO of the company, assisting with day to day activities and tasks.
This position requires a take charge individual, capable of working independently, is able to multi-task and change gears quickly when needed. Utmost focus on superior customer service is a must, requiring excellent written and verbal communication skills. Candidate must able to meet deadlines in a timely and organized manner. Broad set of administrative office skills is a must.
Residential property management is a plus.
Responsibilities:
· Manage CEO’s schedule and assist with tasks as needed
· Administrative tasks for multiple residential properties
· Generate lease contracts, lease renewals, move-out procedures, generate various weekly and monthly reports when required
· Distribute tenant memos and notices
· Advise CEO of rent collection and delinquency
· Must be able to tour properties with potential tenants
· Tracking and Processing invoices in a timely manner
· Implement preventative maintenance programs
· Serve as tenant liaison to manage and resolve tenant relations issues, which includes taking tenant phone calls, requests and concerns to maintain their satisfaction.
