Job Responsibilities: Master the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and other aspects of our services. Accept designated, business-focus projects to research and propose new ideas and solutions. Run local errands to assist office functionality (office supplies, groceries, mailings, etc.) Rotate through our divisions of responsibility and provide ideas to grow and improve the business. Increase creative or modern opportunities in presentations, media, and marketing. Complete office management tasks and ensure overall office cleanliness. Manage rental property, including potential handy work and light cleaning. Engage with current and potential clients to assess sales opportunities. Learn and become proficient on internal software systems. Assist in creating performance reports. Work Hours & Payment: Flexible Working Hours 15 Hours / Week Maximum $15 - $25 per hour - Based On Experience Qualifications / Skills: Good physical condition and hardworking Verbal communication Organization Scheduling Professionalism Customer focus Confidentiality Have the ability to use tools, hang pictures, put things together, etc. is a bonus. Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements: Current High School Or College Student Preferred Work-study eligible. Prior industry experience is preferred, but not required.
