This fun and laidback class is intended for those who want to learn more about beer and brewing but are on the fence about homebrewing. This fun and laidback class is intended for those who want to learn more about beer and brewing but are on the fence about homebrewing. We will discuss the four main ingredients (water, malt, hops, yeast) in detail, discuss the brewing process, have a beer tasting, and learn a ton of stuff to impress your friends with next time you are at the bar! Light snacks will be provided. This class is offered the first Saturday of every month and runs about 90 minutes. The mission of The Cleveland Brew Shop is to help our customers make craft fermented beverages at home. By offering fresh ingredients, quality equipment, education, and great customer service, we hope to expand the homebrewing community in the greater-Cleveland area. We are Cleveland's only full-service homebrew supply shop.  Questions?
