Description
Learn the keys to riding steep, gnarly trails with complete confidence and utmost joy. We’ve all stood at the top. Peered over the edge. Then muttered, “F***, that’s steep.” Time to figure it out. Learn how to drop in, roll it out and be stoked! Aug. 21 4-8 p.m. - At Valmont Bike Park you will learn the foundational skills required to ride very steep (and possibly rough/loose) terrain with complete control and confidence. Expect to work on body position, braking, drops and more. Aug. 22 4-8 p.m. - We will session a local Front Range trail with just the right amount of challenge to send the entire group into a Flow state. When you see God, say hi for us. The trail will be determined based on current conditions and the group's level. Prerequisites: Attendees must have taken a previous LLB clinic or camp. You need to have the basics dialed before talking on the hard stuff. If you have questions, please email us ([email protected]) before signing up. Pads are required, and a full face helmet is strongly recommended. Safety check: If we determine you are not ready for the second day on a steep trail, we will give you free entry to a Level 2 class. This will be a perfect way to further dial in your core skills. Safe, competent, progressive, and joyful. It’s who we are, it’s what we do. Join us to get your riding to another level. Maximum group size: 8 riders Price: $300' Your instructors: This class will be led by Paul Rapinz, our resident endurance freak turned enduro badass.
