Jeff Scott Ruiz joins Althea Center for our Sunday Gathering: Trial by Fire: Rising from the Ashes of Self-Destruction Join Althea Center for Engaged Spirituality for our Sunday Gathering. All are welcome! When: Sunday, Aug 8th, 10:30 - 11:45 am *RSVP is appreciated, but not required. Significant life-changing events can be pivotal in altering our destiny; so can hitting rock bottom. It is often in this space where we can discover our true power and authenticity. Jeff Scott Ruiz dives into how we can rise from our depths during this powerful Sunday Gathering on Aug 8th. We will also have amazing music by Jenn Price. All are welcome to join this wonderful Sunday! Jeff Scott Ruiz Jeff Scott Ruiz is an Air Force veteran with a former career in graphic design. He is an ongoing council member of the BeMen Foundation, a non-profit organization which advocates and promotes mental health among men. Jeff is a published author, a certified relationship and life coach, and is also a certified presenter for the 10 Greatest Gifts Project, an organization that supports forward-focused family values. Jeff has two children and eight grandchildren. He resides in Centennial, Colorado. Musical Guest: Jenn Price Additional: Childcare is not provided. Sunday lunches have been postponed until further notice. Coffee and Tea may be enjoyed outdoors after service. While each Althean may have opinions about the current state of the pandemic, let us do our very best to keep our thoughts, feelings, and prayers focused positively and with love and compassion for each other, the ill and their families, and those working tirelessly day after day to care for people who are sick. The board made these decisions with the safety of everyone's Health utmost in our minds, and we will continue to modify our policies based on regional and national recommendations.
