Replace lights/Ballasts and Build a rack

$30/hr. Probably 4 hours worth of work. NEEDED THIS TUESDAY IN KELSO..... Need handyman to replace some light bulbs, some ballasts and build a prefab 5 shelf metal rack from Home Depot.
