Join the Farm Store Team for a unique class that will elevate your entertaining w a finished Charcuterie featuring local Meats & Cheeses Come gather around the table at The Berea College Farm Store and let's talk charcuterie!! This truly unique class will elevate your entertaining to a whole new level of awesomeness featuring our meats and local cheese! The Farm Store Butchery is creating 4 meats specifically for this event. Wildcat Mountain Cheese will provide 8 cheeses to choose 4 for your board. Each participant will have the opportunity to sample all items and choose their favs. Our Charcuterie Class is an informative interactive course that guides you through how to assemble your very own charcuterie board starting with the basics: What is a Charcuterie Board? How do I select which meats and cheeses to use? How much food do I need for my guests? How should I arrange the food? How do I make pretty meat flowers? Join us and learn how to build an aesthetic presentation through the selection of a variety of meats, cheeses, fruits, nuts and other accompaniments. Leave w a completed charcuterie plating on a Berea College Craft Cutting Board.
