Need help with taking out a failing “lowboy” shortie 30 gal / 120 volt electric water heater and installing a new one. The job is in Chatham- house is tenant occupied. The water heater is located in a crawl space with easy access through the bulkhead (and about 8’ from the bulkhead). Size of unit is approx 30” high 22” diameter. 120 volt so electric connect is easy. The failing unit is hard plumbed / copper. I will provide all materials
