The Honey Bee Festival will feature local bands from the Northland and a few surprises from outside our region. In addition to truly great music FRIDAY 8/6: Icon Man Trio Minor Mischief A Capella Four Mile Portage Gavin St. Clair Paul Metsa Roxann Berglund & Briand Morrison War Bonnet and SATURDAY 8/7: Terrence Smith and Hive Jive The Langertsons Brooke and Caleb Anderson A Time to Dance with Terrence Smith Woodblind Lesser Planets Ninety to the Dozen Sara Thomsen Boss Momma and the Jebberhooch New Salty Dog We are going to have quite a bit of information and fun pollinator friendly activity going on. Special Pollinator Fun from our Bee Greeter in her Bee Friendly outfit buzzing around talking with the crowd and performing aerial dance. On Saturday there will be a mermaid at the pool engaging young and old with stories of the underground waterways and granting out wishing stones.
