A day of fitness and wellness presented to you by Real Life Flex. Come join us at Kitty Hollow Park jammin' with The Aux Band and Flexxin! Real Life Flex has got together with other fitness instructors to bring you a day of fun and flexxin!! We will have different circuits in session that you could join from HIIT, core training, mixed martial arts, and yoga flows.. There will be a DJ providing tunes and a live performance by The Aux Band, feel free to shop with our various vendors that will be on site selling food, juices, workout attire and just about anything else you can think of!
