Contractor needed to help existing contractor complete the rehab of a 3 flat. Rehab includes: One 2/bedroom apt unit (Kitchen, bath) staircase and entryway exterior door with vestibule exterior porch back porch tile work a needed rough electrical and plumbing is completed Must have your own tools and able to work with one other contractor who is currently on the work site. You must be able to work alone and must be willing to work as a team to make progress. If you are not able to work alone within a team structure, please do not reply.
