We’re looking for “great attitude” and "very fast" cooks with deep fryer experience, kitchen prep, expeditors, and cashiers Spanish Bilingual is preferred but not required. The NorCal Night market is a fast paced event filled with hungry foodies and creative vendors at the Alameda County Fairgrounds. We have one of the largest food booths and we need some amazing deep fryers, cashiers and food prep workers to serve our many guests. If you’re a very hard worker, don’t complain, and love being part of an amazing team, please hit us up! We need: (2) Experienced cooks with deep fryer experience. Do not apply if you don't have this. (2) Cashiers (2) Kitchen back help (2) Expeditors Payrate is $15hr cash except for setup and training. Setup and training is $13hr. Schedule: Thursday 5pm-9pm (Setup and training) Friday 1pm-12am Saturday 1pm-12am Sunday 1pm-1am *Times may vary depending on need. These hours are not guaranteed, but this is when we will be open and generally need staff. Requirements and Important Notes: *You must have your own vehicle. *Pay is paid out in cash at the end of Sunday. Do not apply if you want to paid out daily. *We pay for your 30minute lunch time, but we do not provide you your lunch. Please prepare accordingly. *We have many more night markets after this, so if you're interested and you work well, you may be offered more work. *Must have close toed shoes and jeans.
