Description
Join us in learning how to make fresh pasta and sauces.
You will see how easy it is to make classic Italian dishes by kneading, rolling, and shaping the dough. Learn how to cook it and pair with appropriate sauces and fillings while gaining an understanding of how to maximize flavors.
The class will consist of making the dough and forming it into Gnochetti paired with a walnut pesto, Tagliatelle with a red pepper coulis, and sheets for ravioli stuffed with corn and leeks sautéed with basil and garlic brown butter.
There will be enough for you to enjoy during the class and some to take home as we will have other sides and appetizers.
