3 week old kitten.. Looking for patient home or nursing mom

I found a 3 week old kitten and have been carrying for it for a few days but we are leaving for a long vacation soon. Needs to be bottle feed every 4-6 hours. Shelters and rescues are full and need somewhere to re-home ASAP. Would love to have it go to a home with nursing mother and possibly other kittens. Serious inquiries only please, kitten needs a lot of TLC.
