At my sessions, you are going to experience change in direction drills, agility drills, footwork drills, cone drills, ball drills, and more. This is a fun and exciting class. If you need to get faster this is the class for you. If you need to get in shape, trust me you will. If you want to lose weight, it will happen because the drills are non-stop. Bring a lot of water and cleats if you have them and be ready to work.
