Back by popular demand! Join us for a special barn dinner prepared by Chef Chris Viaud of Greenleaf restaurant in Milford, NH! We've invited some of our favorite chefs to host amazing dinner events in The Barn at Pickering House! Join us for an encore dinner presentation by Chef Chris Viaud, owner and executive chef of Greenleaf and sister restaurant, Culture Bread, both located in Milford, NH. A contestant in Bravo network’s Top Chef series for 2021, Chris is an award-winning chef who has helped open restaurants in Boston and New Hampshire. His first dinner at The Barn at Pickering House sold out so quickly that he is coming back for a return engagement! Enjoy beverages from our cash bar at 5:30 pm (our friends from Tamworth Distilling will be providing wonderful craft cocktails) before sitting down at farm tables to a communal meal at 6:30 p.m. The menu for this event features NY Strip Steak with with a ratatouille terrine, black garlic and basil. [Please note that the dinner is a set menu served in a single seating at communal farm tables. We will be unable to prepare a different menu for individuals with food allergies. We also respectfully request that attendees are vaccinated as this will be a mask-less event designed to recapture the norms we have all worked and waited for.] The Barn at Pickering House is a renovated 19th century barn located in the heart of downtown Wolfeboro, NH.  Located just a short walk from Lake Winnipesaukee and the downtown shops, The Barn at Pickering House offers the charm of an antique barn, the convenience of an in-town location and comforts such as air-conditioning and restrooms for today's guests.The Barn is connected to Pickering House Inn, a luxury inn located in a completely renovated homestead occupied by one of Wolfeboro's most prominent citizens in the 1800's.
