Join Knoxville Volunteer Rotary Club at Lighthouse Knoxville to enjoy great bourbon and make a difference for Knoxville-area children. Knoxville Volunteer Rotary Club (KVRC) is pouring a variety of quality bourbons at the 4th annual Bourbon Showcase to support a number of community schools, organizations and initiatives, including Sarah Moore Greene Magnet Academy, Vine Middle Magnet School, Austin-East Magnet High School, Volunteer Rides, Tennessee River cleanup and more. What: Tastings of high-quality Heaven Hill Brands bourbon, a Fugitives Spirits-inspired pre-dinner cocktail, a chef-prepared multi-course meal along with a silent auction of exclusive experiences, hard-to-find bourbons and other fun items. Who: KVRC in partnership with Heaven Hill Brands and Knoxville Beverage Company Guest speaker: Chuck Roland, area manager for Heaven Hill Brands, will share industry insights and knowledge and take a deeper dive into the spirit's history, production and most importantly - taste! Knoxville Volunteer Rotary Club Established in 1985, KVRC is a diverse group of professionals serving the needs of its communities in fun and impactful ways. For 15 years, KVRC has supported over 3,750 students. Last year's event allowed KVRC to continue our support for Sarah Moore Greene's literacy program, Vine's soccer team and Austin-East's Rotary Interact Club, which brings together students to develop leadership skills while discovering the power of service above self.
