Meet at Chapel Hill Community Center Park, off Estes Rd. for a one hour gentle yoga practice to start your Sunday! Meet at Chapel Hill Community Center Park, off Estes Rd. If you enter off of Estes, you can park and meet us near the playground. If you get lost, please text me morning of: 919 236 3354. Bring your own mat, towel, water and bug spray. We will do a gentle yoga practice followed by savasana and a brief meditation. Tickets are $10 + eventbrite fee, or $10 cash upon arrival.
