Description
Position: Hiring someone to clean 3 commercial buildings, 2 that are just south of downtown and 1 that is near 45th St. and Duval St. You must have reliable transportation that can travel between jobs and carry the cleaning equipment that is provided for you. It would help if you live closer to the area. Experience is preferred but isn't necessary. You must be able to work unsupervised. The position is part time, perfect for someone looking to make extra cash at night.
Hours: The cleaning schedule will be Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. On Mondays, one of the businesses are closed and can be cleaned anytime between 2pm and midnight and the other one is 7:30pm to 9pm. Wednesday is 9pm to 10:30pm. Thursday is 10:30pm to 12:30am. Friday is 8:45pm to 11:45pm.
Compensation: The pay rate is $13/hour to start with a raise after 90 days of satisfactory employment. You will be paid via direct deposit only so you will need a bank account. Payday is every 2 weeks.
Duties: Dusting office furniture and computer equipment, trash disposal, vacuuming, mopping and climbing a 6 foot ladder to dust high shelves in a retail clothing store among other regular janitorial chores.
