5th-12th grade girls will experience a day of empowerment and inspiration as they are challenged to Dream Big, Sparkle More,and Shine Bright 5th - 12th-grade girls will experience a day of empowerment and inspiration as they are challenged to Dream Big, Sparkle More, and Shine Bright.  Local entrepreneurs and businesswomen will be on hand to share their testimonies with the girls and give them practical tools to overcome challenges to achieve their desired goals. The event is presented by D.I.V.A.S.
