Personal protective equipment - Identify the basic obligation for all employers concerning OSHA’s personal protective equipment regulation 1910.132, the hierarchy of control, effectiveness of training. Hazard communication - Overview the essential requirements of OSHA’s Hazard Communication Standard 1910.1200, its scope and application, the elements within its required written program, and the training requirements. United Physicians Inc. (UniPhy) is a not-for-profit IPA (independent physicians association) formed through the merger of two local IPAs in January 2001. Those former IPAs, Palmetto Physicians Association and Trident IPA, were both originally chartered in 1994. While membership varies, it has remained stable between 700 and 800 members, consisting of Primary Care, Multi-Specialty and Hospital-Based physicians.
