You will be responsible for maintaining job sites, load, and unload frequently heavy materials, assisting supervisors, and working with other skilled tradesmen. The perfect candidate should possess the ability to follow instructions, have great communication, physically fit, reliable and a hard worker. You must be willing to travel to various job sites within the Bay Area Seeking MALE or FEMALE General Responsibilities: • Use power tools such as hand grinder, concrete vacuum. Power trawler and others. • Polishing concrete • Grinding concrete • Clean and Organize Job Sites. • Help equipment operator, carpenters, and other skilled labor when necessary. • Load or unload materials or electric tools • Put together and take apart temporary structures. • Follow instructions from supervisors and provide support as needed. • Assist craft workers. • Ready to learn from on-the-job training when necessary. • Perform site clean-up or disinfecting common areas • Perform cleaning and sanitizing restrooms (if needed) Concrete Labor Requirements: • Reliable transportation/valid driver license. • Be at least 18 years of age. • Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks. • Ability to work in all weather. • Workers must be punctual and reliable. Previous experience as a general laborer in the construction industry is desired. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a Part-time to full time position, open availability 7 days a week is required.
