We design, manufacture, and install everything from simple banners and a-frames, to elaborate monuments, interior and exterior led signs – and everything in between. We are looking for a dynamic Production & Installation professional in the Santa Rosa area to keep up with our double-digit growth. This position will be responsible for sign production, vinyl graphic applications and basic on-site installation. You will lead from the front and use your excellent communication & mechanical skills to achieve our monthly production goals. You will be held accountable to our shared mission, high standards and foster an environment of teamwork and individual successes. This position works closely with the sales and design team to ensure products exceed our customers’ expectations, on time – every time. You will report directly to the production manager. Our Team members enjoy great schedules, vacation, and a professional work environment (pay is hourly + monthly bonus). What you will do: Install vinyl decals on production substrates, vehicles and at client facilities In-House production and sign compilation Basic sign construction and manufacturing Sign equipment and printer operation Reach our monthly production goal Work on projects through each phase of production Produce and Install 50 + projects/ month Communicate effectively with the sales team on timelines/ production variables and installation dates What you will need to be successful: Professional appearance/ attitude Well spoken Goal driven Can begin with the end in mind Ability to work independently and within a team environment Learn our sales and production process Excellent verbal communication skills Detail oriented with great organizational skills Creative, flexible and solutions minded Ability to work on multiple projects at once Microsoft 365 suite – excel, word/ google suite/ crm experience Strong mechanical and structural aptitude/ reasoning Important for building sign monuments/ structural signs/ led signs Learn how signs are designed, manufactured, assembled, and installed Clean driving record Willingness to work nights and weekend days on occasion Work experience necessary Proven ability to reach and exceed goals Understanding of production process planning Experience with standard sign installation & production equipment/ processes/ materials wood shop equipment Production weeding/masking/trimming/mounting Electrical experience is a plus You be you: As a purpose-led, performance driven company, we strive to foster a culture of belonging based on respect, connection, openness and authenticity.
