Garden Trees is a program for kids in Grades 6-8 Bring your middle-schooler out to Goodell Gardens to learn about how life works on our planet! Youth will explore the importance of environmental responsibility, as well as the seven ingredients that make up the secret formula for life on earth. This program is inspired by the Institute for Earth Education. Parents and guardians may choose to drop off their children or stay for this program. Dates: every other Monday, beginning August 2 5:30 - 6:30 pm Session 1: Energy Flow – Monday, August 2, 2021 Session 2: Cycles – Monday, August 16, 2021 Session 3: Diversity –Monday, August 30, 2021 Session 4: Communities – Monday, September 13, 2021 Session 5: Interrelationships –Monday, September 27, 2021 Session 6: Change – Monday October 11, 2021 Session 7 – Adaptations – Monday, October 25, 2021 Registration is required, and COVID-19 safety measures will be followed. Registration is free for members of Goodell Gardens & Homestead (click here to learn how to join), or $5 per session for folks who aren’t yet members. ** Please note: siblings are welcome to join, but must be registered separately. One adult registration is included with each Garden Trees Registration. Goodell Gardens & Homestead is a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization located in Edinboro, Pennsylvania.
