Full time salaried landscaping and snow removal

Looking for a Jack of all landscaping and snow removal. Year round salaried posting. This means you will have lots of time off in the winter but still get paid. When it snows we work our butts off, but when it doesn’t we are off. 2 weeks vacation a year included with salary. Sorry no health or 401k. Must be able to drive 3/4 ton truck and trailer. Would love experience with snow plowing, but will train if necessary. Mowing experience helpful but will train as well. Must know spring cleans, fall cleans, mulch, and some hardscape. Salary depends on experience. Posted salary is rough expectation.
