I'm a 41 year old bearded quiet guy looking to group apply to rent a house with just 1 other person. A total of 2 adults living in a large house, each with their own bathroom. I want the household to have: No Cannabis No Smoking or Vaping No illegal drug use No parties and Minimal Guests If this sounds good, please message me some information about yourself and we can meet and view a house at 5pm or later during the week. I'd like to find a medium-large house for $4000 or less and ideally find a way to evenly split the rent amount. Unfortunately I think indoor pets like dogs and cats are not an option. Too many homeowners don't want that. I do currently keep a few hens in my backyard and I like to grow fruit.
