Free Wine Tasting We will be tasting Vichon Chardonnay | A beautiful yellow color with golden highlights. The complex and intense nose offers subtle notes of whites flowers (acacia and hawthorn), spices (cinnamon) and vanilla. The attack is fresh and round with a beautiful finish persisting on notes of candied fruit and toasted notes. Vichon Cabernet | A bright robe with deep red color. The nose reveals blackcurrant and spice aromas combined with slightly woody notes. The palate is round and well balanced, with fruity aromas and velvety tannins. Allasea Rose | This rosé has a peach color robe. The first nose is fresh, mineral and lively. The 2nd nose evolves with notes of pomelo and acacia with lighter hints of grapefruit, while the mouth is broad, aromatic, and luscious with clementine, lychee, mango and pomegranate aromas. Allasea Pinot Noir | A beautiful red color with violet tints. The nose with blackcurrant perfume blends with woody notes. The attack is fresh and fruity. This structured and balanced wine is full of tannins, with morello and licorice notes on the finish.
