This clinic is geared towards athletes wanting to dial in on their swimming techniques for events such as CrossFit competitions/triathlons. This clinic is hosted by Elite Spine & Joint, and will help each athlete critique their freestyle techniques and focus in on tips and tricks to help you throughout a swimming event. Dr. Dylan & Emily Machycek, owners of Elite Spine & Joint, will be your coaches for the morning. Dr. Dylan was a collegiate swimmer at Henderson State University, and Emily has been a well-known swim coach here in Saline County for many years. If you are a CrossFitter looking to crush a swimming event or a triathlete trying to better your times this is the perfect clinic for you!
