WE ARE LOOKING FOR PEOPLE TO WORK ON CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS THROUGHOUT THE KITSAP AREA. THE PERFECT CANDIDATE WOULD NEED TO HAVE EXPERIENCE IN REMODEL AND GENERAL CONSTRUCTION Responsibilities • Adhere to all company safety policies • Team-oriented and able to work effectively with others • Ability to perform tasks given and complete job assignments efficiently and professionally • Maintain clean, safe and drug free work environment • Provide labor support for onsite crew • Read and understand blueprints and drawings • Complete knowledge of all tools and equipment • General maintenance on vehicles and equipment • Must possess excellent communication skills. Will be required to act as a company representative on projects and interface with the client • Lead construction effort to ensure the project is constructed in accordance with design and schedule Qualifications • High School Diploma / GED • 5 years of carpentry experience • Ability to drive a vehicle towing a trailer Physical Requirements / Other • Must have a valid driver’s license • Must be at least 18 years of age • Must be able to work some weekends and overtime • Ability to lift up to 70lbs regularly Benefits • Health Insurance • Paid Vacation • 401K Package • Competitive Wages
