Open Positions in our Ten Trails Office in Black Diamond include: Maintenance Landscape Crew Member -pay range $17-$20 depending on experience Qualifications 18 years or older Basic understanding of lawn maintenance equipment operation: Mowers, string trimmers, hedge trimmers, blowers, etc. Ability to communicate effectively with crew lead and other team members. Must be able to perform manual labor, raking, mulching, weeding, debris pick-up and removal. Essential Functions Perform tasks assigned by senior crew members Report to work on time every day Must be willing to learn how to operate equipment safely and abide by all federal and state safety mandates. Must be willing to work well with others and be part of a team. Prefer State of Washington driver’s license. Prefer bi-lingual, English/Spanish speaking. Physical Requirements Frequent standing for extended periods, walking frequently, crawling and sitting. Frequent lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds. Occasional lifting and carrying up to 100 pounds with assistance. Able to extensively handle and move materials and perform physical activities— Using hands, arms, legs in handling, installing, positioning, and moving materials. Ability to work extended hours and in inclement weather. Frequent twisting at the torso and bending at the waist. Must be able to crawl on hands and knees on uneven ground.
