Carpinito Bros is now hiring for our pumpkin patch and corn maze this October! We're looking for motivated, customer-focused, energetic individuals, who enjoy working outdoors to be apart of our annual fall event. As a member of our pumpkin patch event team, you will interact directly with families from all over the PNW who are visiting our farm for a fun, family-friendly experience. Cashiers: As a cashier associate, you’ll be responsible for operating the cash register on a daily basis with accuracy and efficiency in a friendly manner. Merchandise stocking and other variable task may be required. Full time and part time roles are available. General Associates: Tasks will include operating the pumpkin weigh stations, merchandise stocking, general customer service, and variable labor. There is also a possibility to operate a cash register. Full time and part time roles available for this position. Field Trip Instructor: Your role will be to educate early elementary aged children about farming basics, history of our farm, Q&A, and to engage with the children with other activities. Other tasks may be guiding the groups from one activity to another, on-site group coordinating, using a cash register, and other related tasks. A background in early childhood education is a plus! This is a seasonal full time position, Monday-Friday. Farm Animal Caretaker: In this position you will be responsible for the daily care and feeding of the animals (including pigs, chickens, cows, goats, rabbits, sheep, equine, tortoise, and more) as well as maintaining clean pens. Experience in animal care is preferred, however we are willing to train dedicated individuals. Candidate should be polite and positive, possess a strong work ethic, love for animals, and a willingness to learn. Multiple caretaker positions available. Hayride Drivers: This role is to operate a close cab tractor, pulling multiple wagons of adults and children on a 15-minute ride around the farm. You are responsible for the safety of the patrons while promoting a fun and secure experience. Previous equipment operating experience is a plus. Other light-duty tasks may be required during slower times. Full time and part time available. Concession Staff: Within our concession tents, we’re seeking cooks, servers, cashiers, and other general concession associates. This is a fast-paced environment and previous concession experience is a plus. Full time and part time positions are available.
