Seeking advice from French bulldog owners

My French bulldog has severe allergy symptoms like dermotisist and itching stomach, loose hair due to food allergy i tried limited salmon flavor dry food,beefs flavor dry food,duck flavor and chicken flavor dry food also tried royal chicken flavor for French bulldog puppy. Nothing works.Dr only treated with medication and not telling me what food she should have. Please help Thanks
