HARLEM, NY — Harlem's six police precincts are each hosting free, family-friendly evening events this week as part of the "National Night Out." The annual event, which aims to improve police-community relations and deter crime, will be held across the city on Tuesday — mostly from 5–8 p.m. This year marks a big return for the Night Out, which went on a pandemic hiatus last year. Every Harlem precinct is putting on its own unique event.
