EAST MEADOW, NY — A Nassau County man was arrested Sunday afternoon after police say he was seen touching himself near a playground at Eisenhower Park. According to police, a man and woman saw Nicholas Natalie, 25, of Bethpage, sit down at a table inside a playground at the park at 2:10 p.m. Police say Natalie then reached underneath his shorts and began touching himself. The two others called police, and they arrested Natalie without incident. Natalie was charged with public lewdness, and was issued a desk appearance ticket. He is due back in court on Sept. 21.
