Description Join our team for an exciting and growing client in Mooresville, NC! We are looking for production associates for light industrial work in a manufacturing environment. Currently 1st shift available Mon - Thurs, 10 hour shifts (11 hours + including breaks). Growth and advancement opportunities available as our client grows; get paid every Friday! Starting pay rate is $15-$17 per hour, depending on experience. With long-term opportunities, this position can pay up to $21 per hour! Job Responsibilities Mold and cut materials, operate production machinery, package product and check for accuracy, read process documents, maintain clean and organized work stations, ship and receive product, assemble components Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. 11 hour shift (10 working hours - two 20 minute unpaid break, one 30 minute unpaid break). Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Able to stand for duration of shift. Must understand verbal and written English. Must have reliable transportation and good organizational skills.
