Palmetto Vacation Rentals is seeking a hard-working, energetic employee who is passionate about delivering personalized attention and helping us maintain our quickly growing portfolio of vacation rentals/units. This person should have an eye for detail!
What You’ll Do:
Assist the operations team with our 150+ properties throughout the Myrtle Beach area, preparing rentals/units for arrivals and departures
Complete thorough inspections of unit to ensure guest-readiness
Report and record all maintenance and/or housekeeping deficiencies
Frequent travel between units depending on occupancy and availability
Ensure units are properly and fully secured
Meet and maintain Palmetto’s standard unit appearance, sometimes correcting inconsistencies in the units you enter
Perform housekeeping duties as required during off-season and/or when business necessitates additional assistance in cleaning units.
Skills And Qualifications:
Professional in all forms of communications such as email, phone calls, video calls and texts
Ability to work well under pressure in an agile, fast-paced environment
Excellent time management skills with the ability to change activity frequently and cope with interruptions
Highly responsive and reliable
Strong attention to detail
Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
Must have valid driver's licenses and cell pone
Availability for a flexible schedule, weekends sometimes required
Ability to stand, sit, and walk for an extended period of time
Reach overhead and below the waist
Regularly push, pull, and lift up to 25 pounds
Occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds
Bend, stoop, squat, kneel, and twist

Compensation:
$11-$15 based on experince
