MAHWAH, NJ — Back-to-school planning has already begun in Mahwah, with calendars available to help parents prepare for the first day in the Mahwah Public School District. The first day of school for most students in Mahwah is Sept. 9. Heading into the upcoming school year, some dates are subject to change as the coronavirus pandemic nears its year-and-a-half point. A mix of in-person, virtual and hybrid learning is still possible in Mahwah. Like last year, these policies could change any time before the first day.
