Youthscape, we’re a mentorship based yard care company — investing in our employees and customers, creating spaces for conversations and growth. We’re looking for those interested in more than just a paycheck. A new and quickly growing company we want to mentor our employees and give them opportunities for growth and success in the company as well as prepare them for future success wherever life takes them. This is a great entry job as we teach you step-by-step as much as possible and then give you freedom to try new things. Expectations: - Come ready to learn, innovate, and be ready for us to learn from you as well! - Be able to work 8hrs in the sun, lifting, pulling, pushing, etc. - Minimum of 2 full days a week out of Monday-Thursday, 7-3 Give and Take: - We will listen to reasoning and help correct mistakes, BUT we also expect you to take responsibility for your actions. - We have the ability for flexibility or steady hours, BUT we expect reliability—be there when you say you will. Compensations: - First two weeks at $14, room for raises after that test period and further raises down the road. Talk to Daniel for more information
