Knowledgeable, Honest & Fair Mechanic Needed!

Good Morning... My name is Barbara & I am in need of a Good, Fair & Honest Mechanic! I own a 2009 Ford Focus SEL that needs front pads & rotors installed (already purchased via RockAuto.com). My brakes are beginning to "shudder" now as I try to stop! The "Big" problem I have is my right-front passenger side Strut Tower!I'll explain further when we talk. For now, suffice it to say, I hit the Pot-Hole from HELL one rainy night; up on Stoney Run Rd. & snapped the strut tower bad enough that it Did puncture a hole through the Underside of my hood! How it didn't puncture all the way through is beyond me!?!? The quotes I've received so far quite frankly, are ridiculous! More than what "Kelley Bluebook" says my car is worth!! So, what i would like to do is buy the rest of the parts needed to repair everything & then whoever contacts me and are interested in doing the work... we'll discuss the cost of labor & hopefully come up with an amount that is fair & agreeable to both of us!
