Press release from the City of Novato: July 30, 2021 Head to the heart of Downtown Novato for Rock the Block on Thursday, August 5 at 6pm on Grant Avenue between Reichert and Machin Avenues. Dance the night away at this summer block party, presented by the Downtown Novato Business Association, featuring popular dance band Pop Rocks. Enjoy live music, and food and drinks available for purchase from Downtown businesses, at this free event opened to the public. Please note: Sherman Avenue between Grant Avenue and Cain Lane will close at 1pm. Cain Lane will remain open to through traffic.
